Inclusive from £65.00
This is our most popular & flexible package. A genuine "walk in work" inclusive tariff permitting use of all lighting, amenities & stock equipment. Lighting alone, if independently hired from any major supplier, would cost in excess of £500.00 a day.

Exclusive from £50.00
This package is ideal for those wishing to bring ALL of their own equipment & lighting. Basic accessories & amenities are included & array of additional equipment is available for hire if required.

Casting & Tests from £30.00
Good transport links, a comfortable lounge & huge floor space makes Studio D an excellent choice for casting & tests. Use of additional amenities & hire equipment is offered at reduced rates.*

Backgrounds from £4.00
We have, available from stock a, number of Colourama / roll paper backgrounds, ranging in width from 4ft to 12ft (many colours). We also supply a HUGE range of hand painted backdrops on request.

Early Access & Overtime from £25.00
We understand that shoots frequently run into overtime & that early site access is often required. Our sympathetic overtime & early access tariffs start at just £25.00 per hour.

The above rates apply to all tariffs. Early access permits unloading / set up ONLY. Shooting during an E.A period incurs mandatory overtime (3rd hr rate). Early access is not granted for bookings of less than 4hrs. E.A is charged by the full hour NOT part thereof. Studio D reserves the right to limit E.A to a single hour.

Overtime (Mon – Fri):
1st hr: + £25.00.
2nd hr: + £35.00.
3rd hr onward: + £100.00.

Overtime (Sat / Sun):
1st hr: + £50.00.
2nd hr: + £75.00.

The above rates apply to all tariffs. Overtime incurred on bookings of less than 4hrs will be charged at the 3rd hr rate. Overtime is charged by the full hour NOT part thereof. Studio D reserves the right to limit overtime to a single hour.

Interpretations:

Full Day:
8 consecutive hrs (or less) to be taken between 9.00am & 5.30pm, Mon – Sun.

Half Day:
4 consecutive hrs (or less) to be taken between 9.00am & 1.00pm
or 1.30pm & 5.30pm, Mon – Sun.

Per Hour:
Single hours to a maximum of 3 consecutive hrs (or less) to be taken between
9.00am & 5.30pm, Mon – Sun.

Overnight:
Bookings outside the business hours of 9.00am – 5.30pm, Mon- Sun.

Discounts:
Consecutive day & block booking discounts DO NOT apply to overtime, early access, materials or any other professional service supplied or requested. C.D & B.B discounts may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Notes:

*Subject to availability & by prior arrangement only. All prices stated within supersede those published elsewhere & exc. VAT at 17.5% & insurance at 9%. Fees are subject to change without prior notice. The period of ALL rentals commences from the exact time the “client” has booked Studio D & from which time Studio D is able to receive the “client” & / or any other person associated with their booking. Full fees are payable from the scheduled time of commencement, irrespective of attendance by the “client” & / or any other person associated with their booking. All bookings are non transferable. The period of ALL rentals ceases upon the “client” (& all persons associated with their booking), vacating Studio D premises or at such as a time as the Studio D manager, representative or assistant deems appropriate. Should vacation of premises occur prior to scheduled conclusion no refund / discount relating to ANY remaining period is payable. All “clients” & persons associated with their booking are to vacate Studio D premises within 15mins from conclusion of their allocated period. Failure to do so & in the event of “overrun” (through continuation of shooting, packing or similar) renders overtime fees payable.
